Registration Fees

  Early Registration

Late Registration
from 1 October 2022
Doctor 1 900 CZK 2 500 CZK
Nurse     1 100 CZK 1 700 CZK
Student               900 CZK 1 200 CZK

Registration fees include 21 % VAT.

Note: Payments must be received by the early registration deadline, otherwise the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all Congress Scientific Sessions
  • Admission to the Exhibition area and Poster sessions,
  • Refreshment during the congress
  • Congress materials

How to Register

To register for the DIDC Congress, please fill in the online Registration form:

REGISTRATION FORM

First please fill in the Personal Data Form and continue to registration by choosing the registration fee. During the registration process a participant will receive a password and automatically generated summary to your e-mail address. Your password is the same for all online forms (registration and accommodation).

Upon submitting the Registration Form, a participant will receive a confirmation from the Conference Secretariat within three working days.

For group registration (above 10 participants) please contact the Conference Secretariat at e-mail address kongresdidc@guarant.cz.

Methods of Payment

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

1. Credit Card

For payment by credit card please use the Online Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club.

2. Bank Transfer

The bank details including the 10-digit variable symbol will be sent to you within three working days after the submission of the registration form. Please note that payments without this variable symbol will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.

Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by October 31, 2022. After this date only payments by credit cards will be accepted by using the Online Payment System.

All bank transfer amounts should be minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer is the responsibility of each party.

Cancellations and Refunds

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail (kongresdidc@guarant.cz) in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED REFUND
before and on 31 August 2022: full refund of the registration fee, handling fee of 150 CZK will be deducted
from 1 September to 31 October 2022: 50 % of the registration fee
from 1 November 2022: no refund

In case of any change in registration, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 150 CZK handling fee.

In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 150 CZK handling fee.

Name change

If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. A handling fee of 150 CZK will be charged for each name change. Name changes should be reported in writing to the Conference Secretariat at kongresdidc@guarant.cz. No name change will be possible after October 1, 2022.
